  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). bibcit does not claim ownership of your User Content.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing or publishing it. bibcit does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed within it.
  • Rights You Grant to bibcit: By creating, uploading, or sharing User Content on the Services, you grant bibcit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as modifications or adaptations), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services and its core functionalities. This license does not extend to using your content for marketing or promotional purposes. This license continues even if you stop using our services.
  • Content Usage: You may use documents, citations and references generated by Massivemark and Massiveref for personal, academic, or professional purposes. You may not use the Services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others. bibcit reserves the right to remove or block access to any content that violates these Terms.
  • Permitted Use: The Services allow content creation within typical legal and ethical guidelines, similar to standard text and reference managers.

3. Account Access and Features

  • Login Requirement: To use certain features of Massivemark and Massiveref, you must be logged in. Login options include Google and email-based login.
  • Multi-User Feature: The Services include a collaboration feature allowing users with shared access rights to view and edit works in real-time, similar to collaborative online editors.

4. Data Collection for Service Improvement

  • Data Collection: As part of our ongoing service enhancement efforts, bibcit may collect anonymized usage data related to user input and generated content within the Services. This data is used solely to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Protection of Your Personal Content: While we may collect user inputs and generated references to improve the Services, this data is anonymized and will not be shared publicly or used in a way that exposes individual users’ content or ideas.
  • Original Generated Content: All content generated by Massivemark and Massiveref is based on data models unique to bibcit and does not utilize any internet-scraped content to ensure originality.

5. Eligibility and Usage Limits

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your country to use the Services. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian permission.
  • Usage Limits: bibcit may set usage limits, including limitations on storage space, maximum content length, and frequency of Service usage, maximum number of days that User Content will be retained, the maximum amount and size of User Content that can be stored, and the maximum storage space allotted to each user, without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
  • Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Upload defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.

Data About Others

We may offer features that help users invite their friends or contacts to use the Service, and we may collect contact details about these invitees so we can deliver their invitations. It’s also possible to include information about third parties in your prompts or other information that you upload. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact details or personal information with us unless you have their permission to do so.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Delhi(in India), without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi (India) for any disputes.
